SBA 504 Loan Requirements

To be eligible, the business must be:

· Operated for profit

· Fall within the size standards set by the SBA

· Business does not have a tangible net worth in excess of $8.5 million

· Business does not have an average net income in excess of $3 million, after taxes, for the preceding of two years   

SBA Micro Loan Requirements

To be eligible, the business must be:

· Legally established business in the state of New Jersey

· Fall within the standards set by the SBA



Mercer County Loan Fund Requirements

To be eligible, the business must be:

· Legally established business in the county of Mercer

· Fall within the standards set by MCLF
